Pay Range:

$15-$20 per hour (based on experience) At Charming Lakes Rehabilitation, we take pride in providing exceptional care and creating a warm, welcoming environment for our residents. We are seeking a dedicated Concierge to join our team and enhance the resident experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Admissions Department to coordinate new resident arrivals. Prepare rooms for new residents, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and a welcoming atmosphere. Assemble and deliver welcome baskets for residents. Greet and escort new residents to their rooms while providing a warm, supportive introduction to our facility. Address resident concerns by responding to call bells, listening attentively, and ensuring follow-up. Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and staff, promoting a positive community spirit. Support administrative and admission-related tasks, including room changes, follow-up forms, and discharge preparations. Provide tours and assist with resident council meetings as needed. Monitor and schedule smoking sessions as required. Communicate effectively with administrative staff via daily progress reports.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (preferred). Nursing home experience (preferred).
