Position:

Condo Relations Manager We are looking for a self-motivated, outgoing, and professional individual to help introduce Neo Wash to luxury condos, apartment buildings, and residential communities throughout Miami. This is a relationship-based outreach role focused on getting buildings approved for resident car wash services. This position is ideal for someone who: enjoys networking and meeting people is comfortable speaking with property managers and staff is organized and self-driven wants uncapped earning potential enjoys flexible work ⸻ Responsibilities Visit condo and apartment buildings throughout Miami Introduce Neo Wash to property managers and concierge staff Present our service and explain resident benefits Leave informational materials when needed Follow up with buildings and management teams Help secure approval for Neo Wash to operate on property Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times ⸻ Compensation 100% Commission-Based $200 commission per building approved $500 performance bonus for every 5 buildings approved

Examples:

5 approved buildings = $1,500 total 10 approved buildings = $3,000 total No earning cap Flexible schedule and independent work environment. ⸻ Qualifications Preferred but not required: Sales, marketing, hospitality, or customer service experience Experience working with luxury residential properties is a plus Strong communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable transportation Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset ⸻ Why Join Neo Wash?
