Club Attendant

This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your customer service skills within a dynamic hospitality setting. Fixed working days are Saturdays & Sundays. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures at the front desk or entry points Provide exceptional guest services by answering questions, offering information about amenities, and addressing any concerns promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the club area to ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors Support event setup and assist with guest needs during special functions or activities Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed and guest satisfaction is prioritized Manage guest relations by listening attentively and delivering personalized service tailored to individual needs Multitask efficiently during busy periods while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor Experience Previous hotel or resort experience is highly desirable, providing familiarity with hospitality operations Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests Proven customer service experience demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism Knowledge of front desk operations or guest relations enhances your ability to excel in this role Experience working in a lively environment such as a resort or hospitality setting is preferred Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail This paid position invites energetic individuals passionate about hospitality and guest engagement.
