We are seeking a Concierge for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with h igh quality, efficient care. As our Concierge, you will act as a liaison between patients, patients relatives, and the facility to improve customer/patient satisfaction. Interacts with patients and their families to provide a high level of customer service and ensure total satisfaction with patient and visitor experience.

What qualifications you will need:

High School Graduate / GED Previous experience within a customer service position and knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
