Job Description
Job Summary Azure Condominium is committed to providing a secure, welcoming, and high-quality living experience for our residents. We are currently seeking a professional, courteous, and attentive Part Time Concierge to join our team and be the face of our community. Responsibilities Greet and assist residents, guests, contractors, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Monitor access to the building and maintain security protocols Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages at the front desk Receive and log packages and deliveries Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and concierge area Coordinate with building management, maintenance, and security as needed Respond to resident inquiries and resolve minor concerns promptly and diplomatically Monitor building systems (security cameras, fire panels, etc.) and report issues Qualifications Previous concierge, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Basic computer skills (email, logging information, security systems) Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle emergencies appropriately Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to stand and sit for extended periods Hours of Operation 8am•8pm
