Part-Time Front Desk Concierge Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday Hours:
3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (24 hours per week)

Property Management Position Summary We are seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Front Desk Concierge to join our team at a beachfront condominium community in South Florida. The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, contractors, and vendors while ensuring the safety, security, and smooth daily operation of the property. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet all residents, guests, contractors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner. Utilize the Building Link system to register and log all guests, contractors, deliveries, and service providers. Log and organize incoming packages and notify residents as required. Contact unit owners to obtain authorization before permitting any visitor, contractor, or vendor access to the building. Answer and direct incoming telephone calls professionally and efficiently. Assist residents with groceries, luggage, and other reasonable requests as needed. Monitor the front entrance, parking lot, and all pedestrian traffic entering and exiting the building. Help maintain the security of the property by ensuring all visitors follow building policies and procedures. Report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or emergencies to management immediately. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous concierge, front desk, hospitality, customer service, or security experience is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable using computers and property management software, including BuildingLink (or willingness to learn). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Assist Residents with Groceries and Luggage Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to monitor building entrances and common areas throughout the shift. Ability to assist residents with luggage, packages, and groceries. Work Environment This position is located in a luxury beachfront condominium community. The Concierge is expected to maintain a professional appearance, provide outstanding customer service, and contribute to a welcoming and secure environment for all residents and visitors.
