Are you someone who enjoys creating a welcoming environment while keeping people safe? Palm Beach Shores Resort is looking for a Part-time Guest Relations team member to be the visible, professional presence that ensures our guests, staff, and property feel secure and supported. This is more than a security role — it's about making every guest experience seamless and enjoyable. What You'll Do Be the friendly, professional face of the resort, maintaining a visible presence across the property. Conduct routine property walkthroughs, including guest rooms, floors, outdoor areas, parking lots, and pools, enforcing resort policies and ensuring safety. Assist guests with questions, concerns, or incidents with courtesy and professionalism. Coordinate with Front Desk, Engineering, and Management to communicate guest notifications and report incidents. Ensure all back-of-house areas are secured and complete end-of-shift reports. Work closely with Night Audit and MOD to respond to any issues during your shift. What We're Looking For Previous experience in security, guest services, or hospitality is a plus, but not required. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with an approachable, professional demeanor. Excellent observation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to respond calmly and efficiently in emergency situations. Physically able to perform property walkthroughs and remain alert throughout your shift.
