Compensation Structure $600 per car sold $1,000 bonus at 10 units/month Additional performance-based spiffs (KPIs discussed during interview) A Car Concierge closing at quota of 10 cars/month earns $7,000+ before spiffs Top performers have strong upside beyond this. What You'll Do As a Car Concierge , you're not a traditional salesperson — you guide clients through a premium experience. Work warm inbound leads from our website Help clients choose the right vehicle and structure (lease, finance, cash) Review deals clients build online and bring them across the finish line Deliver a white-glove, concierge-level experience Manage your pipeline using our CRM + structured workflow (Zoho + Dialpad) Build relationships that lead to repeat and referral business Who We're Looking For This role is for high-performers who know how to close .
