This position combines discreet operational support with elevated guest-facing service, delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and their guests. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment where precision and professionalism are paramount. Key Responsibilities Behind-the-Scenes Operations Support the planning and execution team with all logistical aspects of wedding day production Schedule and Edit Reels and TikTok Post Stories Provide personalized, white-glove service to the couple, wedding party, and select VIP guests Serve as a point of contact for guest inquiries, directions, and special requests Ensure the couple's comfort throughout the day (hydration, meals, wardrobe assistance, personal requests) Deliver a calm, polished presence while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times Qualifications Previous experience in weddings, events, hospitality, or luxury service preferred Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset Ability to remain composed under pressure and adapt quickly to changing circumstances Professional appearance and demeanor remain on feet for extended periods Key Attributes Highly detail-oriented with a proactive approach Discreet, trustworthy, and solution-driven Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Passion for delivering elevated, memorable experiences Work Environment Fast-paced, on-site event settings including indoor and outdoor venues Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules Position Type Contract Work /
