• Job Summary and Qualifications
• We are currently recruiting for a Concierge to join our team! As our Concierge, you will act as a liaison between patients, patients' relatives, and the facility to improve customer/patient satisfaction. We are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. We want you to apply now!
• What you will do in this role:
• You will communicate patient questions, complaints, problems and concerns to appropriate hospital leadership.
• You will clearly explain Hospital processes to patients
• You will obtain the information needed to develop a solution for the patient and their family.
• You will demonstrate excellent customer service when problem solving, communicating, providing information and reassurance to patients and their family.
• You will demonstrate sound judgment and seek guidance when uncertain of situation.
• You will refer to appropriate leadership staff and to risk management when necessary.
• What Qualifications you will need:
• + High School diploma or GED required.

+ Effectively communicates physician, patient, and family needs to appropriate members of the health care team. + Ensures continuity of care thru precise and consistent communication of patient information with other departments and staff. + Assists in the learning process for new employees, including training and supervision. + Performs clerical duties including correspondence and phone calls. + Strong customer service skills + Ability to manage stress appropriately. + Must be computer literate and able to multi-task. No Travel Required
