From providing caring, compassionate and enthusiastic service over the phone to communicating guest needs to the appropriate departments, this position requires a high level of attention to detail and ability to multitask in a very fast-paced call center environment. Responsibilities and Duties Handle high volume of in bound and outbound calls in an expedient and professional manner Input accurate reservations and special requests into OpenTable and digital reservation system Answer customer inquiries regarding history, policies, procedures, site navigation, operations Communicate messages and special request to management in a precise and clear way Help to resolve customer dissatisfaction and technical problems Collaborate with other departments to support overall operations and enhance the guest experience.
