This role is ideal for someone fluent in both English and Spanish, highly organized, professional, and passionate about customer service, luxury interiors, and high-end home renovation. As the first point of contact for homeowners, designers, contractors, and vendors, you will help create an elevated showroom experience while supporting daily operations, scheduling, communication, and customer coordination. We are looking for someone with a positive personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, design-focused environment. Schedule Full-Time Monday to Friday ( One day off) Every Saturdays Required 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM Approximately 40 Hours Per Week Responsibilities Greet homeowners, designers, contractors, and vendors with professionalism and hospitality Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails in English and Spanish Manage multi-line phone systems and appointment scheduling Assist customers with showroom products and selections, including kitchens, countertops, flooring, cabinets, walk-in showers, and outdoor living products Maintain a clean, organized, and luxurious showroom appearance Coordinate communication with vendors, installers, suppliers, and project managers Support office administration, including filing, data entry, CRM updates, and calendar management Organize showroom samples, displays, and presentation materials Follow up with customers regarding appointments and showroom visits Assist sales and design teams during client consultations Support inventory tracking and office coordination tasks Maintain professional communication and customer service standards at all times
