Job Description
Overview Full-time front desk concierge /customer service agents are needed for the 1st-shift. This shift starts at 7:00 a.m. and ends at 3:00 p.m. Preferred schedule (
On:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.Off:
Wednesday & Thursday) Scheduling can change to fit staffing needs. Must have flexible availability including working weekends in a luxury condominium to ensure the safety of residents and the building, as well as providing exceptional customer service while on duty. On-the-job training is provided to all motivated applicants. PAY Scale at $18.00 - $24.00/hr. based on experience level. Pay scale elevates with past related experience.Essential Job Duties:
Provide executive-level concierge customer service for our residents. Assist residents as required with their daily activities. Work as a team member to provide elite customer service while assisting residents and guests.Execute the following tasks:
Assist residents with parcel and food deliveries. Assist residents in making reservations for the amenities on the recreational deck by using the building's condo app. Check in residents and guests to their reserved amenities and inspect areas for cleanliness and signs of unauthorized use at the end of reservation. Report inappropriate activities or damage to the amenities. Assist residents with vendor deliveries and scheduled move-in and move-out appointments. Watch for irregularities such as fire hazards, leaking water pipes, lights left on, unlocked security doors, etc. and report incidents or problems to the appropriate supervisor. Investigate residents' complaints, incidents, and respond to emergency situations as required. Must be able to read, write, analyze, and interpret various internal and external documents and reports in English. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English to all fellow employees, residents, and guests. Perform all other related front desk and concierge service as assigned.Benefits:

One (1) year customer service experience in similar industry preferred. Willingness to learn and execute training requirements.Knowledge:
Knowledgeable in basic security procedures, basic processing skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and familiarity with the operations of multi-line phone systems. Good command of English (spoken and written). Customer service oriented.Education/Training:
High school diploma or equivalent.Pay:
