Position Overview The Plaza at Kaneohe is looking for a Concierge. You'll be the face of our community and the first impression for all visitors. This role is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality, managing front-desk communications, and supporting our marketing and sales efforts to create a warm, inviting atmosphere for potential residents and guests. Responsibilities Warmly greet potential residents, families, and visitors to set a positive for the The Plaza community. Manage internal and external calls, take accurate messages, and provide community information to support sales and marketing inquiries. Monitor the Bistro area to ensure refreshments are stocked, music is playing, and the space remains clean and welcoming. Perform general administrative and clerical duties to maintain smooth front-desk operations.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or GED is required Proven experience in a customer service role is also required, having demonstrated excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills You must have good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills as well as be an organized record keeper Proficiency in computer skills to include the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel as well as the ability to learn new applications The Plaza Assisted Living in an Equal Opportunity Employer.
