Job Description
Concierge Position Summary The Concierge serves as a welcoming ambassador for Cass Health, ensuring that patients, visitors, vendors, and guests feel supported, informed, and cared for from the moment they arrive. This role implements established protocols while delivering a high-touch, hospitality-focused experience that reflects Cass Health's commitment to safety, service excellence, and patient-centered care. This is a PRN summer position with the opportunity to float between Switchboard, Plant Operations, Food Services, and Guest Relations, providing flexible support and exceptional service across the hospital. What You'll Do Greet patients, visitors, vendors, and guests with professionalism, warmth, and courtesy. Implement current entrance screening and safety protocols while maintaining a welcoming, respectful presence. Serve as a knowledgeable first point of contact, answering questions and directing individuals appropriately. Follow all personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety guidelines. Communicate concerns, questions, or issues promptly to the appropriate staff or leadership. Provide Valet Services to enhance the arrival and departure experience for patients and visitors. Assess mobility and ambulation needs, offering assistance within scope and coordinating additional support when needed. Actively participate as a member of a supportive and collaborative team. Perform other duties as assigned to ensure a positive, seamless experience for all who enter Cass Health.
