Job Description:

As Front Desk Staff at Pickle Haus, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a fantastic time while visiting our establishment. You will work alongside other team members to create a welcoming atmosphere, provide excellent customer service, and facilitate reservations for pickleball and golf simulators.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet Guests:

Warmly welcome guests as they enter Pickle Haus and positive first impression of our eatertainment concept

Answer Phones:

Respond to inquiries, provide information, and assist with reservation inquiries via telephone

Reservation Management:

Book pickleball and golf simulator reservations in our court management software, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Retail Sales:

Promote and sell retail items to guests, including apparel and equipment related to pickleball and golf

Food and Beverage Service:

Serve coffee and baked goods to customers, ensuring a high standard of presentation and quality

Customer Experience:

Respond to and anticipate customer needs, including facility Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Prior customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of pickleball and golf is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Basic computer skills and proficiency with POS systems. Strong attention to detail and organization. Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed.

Compensation Pay:

Reporting Relationship:

Front Desk Staff reports to the Front Desk Manager and collaborates closely with other members of the Operations Department.
