In this position, your main responsibilities will include:
Assisting the development, planning, implementation, and the execution of the activities for residentsAssisting the development of the monthly calendar, procuring performers, providing seminars, and maintaining the resident libraryDriving residents to events and assisting residents to enter and exit the community vehicleQualificationsTo be successful in this position, we believe that you will; need the following experiences, strengths, and skills:
A big smile, eagerness to learn, open mind, and desire to create a wonderful lifestyle for our residentsMust be at least 21 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalent is requiredMust have a valid driver's license, a clean motor vehicle record, and at least three (3) years of driving experienceThe ability to communicate clearly and effectively with residents, family members, and other team membersMust be self-motivated, organized, and professionalMust be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks at one timeStrong customer service skills are requiredAdditional InformationIf you join Spectrum as a full-time member, your story will include eligibility for medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance and other voluntary insurance options.
