The front desk is more than a point of entry—it is the threshold to restoration. Summary We're seeking a Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of Drift Spa. This role ensures a seamless guest journey from check-in to check-out, while upholding our philosophy of luxury service and intentional care. If you love hospitality, organization, and creating a sense of ease for others, this role is for you. Warmly welcome guests and guide them through their spa experience. Manage appointments, scheduling, and guest communications with accuracy and professionalism. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on services, treatments, and retail products. Support the team with administrative tasks and coordination to ensure operational flow. Anticipate guest needs, resolving concerns with thoughtfulness and integrity. Maintain the front desk area, lobby, relaxation room, and sanctuary (locker rooms) as a calm, organized, and inviting environment. Perform tea ceremony/ aromatherapy for guests, with intention, precision and gratitude.

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous proven experience in hospitality, spa, or luxury service preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication. Professionalism balanced with warmth and empathy. Ability to multitask gracefully in a guest-facing role. Alignment with holistic wellness and Drift's philosophy of intentional care.
