Engagement events and 24/7 chaplain counseling for emotional/spiritual support Key Responsibilities Provides general information and directions. Answers and routes incoming telephone calls for staff, other departments and residents.

Screens visitors:

requests that visitors sign registration book; notifies residents of guests' arrival. Assists in signing up residents for activities, programs, etc. Learns and uses standard software functions and basic computer operations to enhance efficiency in resident service and communications. Tabulates daily call-in of residents and notifies Communications desk if any resident fails to respond. Also notifies these two if there is an emergency such as a resident falling. Receives and records packages and dry cleaning, phones residents regarding deliveries. Qualifications & Skills 0-2 years of experience.
