The concierge is the facility representative, providing services to all residents and their families and who can promote exemplary customer service experience to each resident and his/her family/representative, from the point of admission to the point of transfer/discharge.

Role:
The Belmont Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Concierge- To build relationships To multi-task and have excellent organizational skills To communicate information of interest or concern pertaining to residents to superiors To maintain a positive and uplifting personality able to handle requests/concerns of residents and family members.
About you:
The ideal candidate would have the following skills and experience: High school graduate and/or equivalent highly desirable Must be able to read, write and follow oral instructions Must exhibit good organizational skills Must exhibit the ability to establish rapport with residents, family members, representatives, and staff members
