Here's what to expect: Our clinic schedule is alternating weeeks: 8AM

• 4PM Monday
• Thursday then 8AM
• 4PM Tuesdsy
• Friday the following week. Our clinic is closed every other Friday and Monday, and our office team is here 8AM
• 1PM.

Lunch breaks are flexible, ranging from 30-60 minutes. You will engage directly with patients in person, as well as through phone, email and text communication. Coordinate and manage patient appointments across various channels. Handle payments in person and online, along with posting insurance payments (training will be provided). Requirements Proficiency in English Excellent interpersonal communication skills Ability in multitasking and time-management Proficient with critical thinking Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation Proficiency with computers and the ability to adapt to various software systems is essential Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, etc.

Preferred:

Speaking and understanding Spanish Accounts receivable experience Marketing experience The ideal candidate thrives working both independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
