Concierge Security Guard Client Support and Communication:

Serve as a point of contact for clients for this location, addressing their inquiries and concerns and reporting them to the Reception Manager. Facilitate Regular communication to provide project updates, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.

Visitor Management and Access Control:

Perform similar duties as reception officers. Greeting and welcoming visitors, guests, and employees to the office Managing the front desk and reception area Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive first impression Directing visitors to appropriate meeting rooms or staff members Managing visitor sign-in processes and security protocols Answering phones and directing calls Coordinating with various departments to support meetings and events Maintaining a professional and organized reception area Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard Be authorized to work in the U.S. Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process Exceptional customer service skills Proficient in basic phone & computer skills If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience
