Concierge/ Lounge Attendant

Our Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a warm, friendly, and dependable Concierge/Lounge Staff Member to help create a welcoming and comfortable environment for our residents and their families during weekend visiting hours. This unique role combines hospitality, light food preparation, and customer service to enhance the experience of everyone who visits our facility.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain the family lounge/visiting area Welcome residents, families, and guests with a positive and helpful attitude Prepare ready-to-bake frozen items such as cookies and cupcakes using a small oven Keep the lounge clean, organized, and inviting Replenish snacks, beverages, and supplies as needed Provide assistance and support to families and visitors Assist with additional tasks and special requests as needed

Qualifications:

Friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor Strong customer service skills Ability to work independently and stay organized Comfortable with light food preparation Reliable and punctual Experience in hospitality, food service, customer service, or healthcare preferred

Schedule:

Saturdays & Sundays 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and creating a positive experience for residents and families in a healthcare setting.

Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
