Job Description

  • please note that this is a 4 month FTC
  • Your role as Customer Relations Advisor To be able to handle a large variety of customer enquiries and complaints from first contact through to escalation, where necessary Manage large amounts of customer telephone calls and web contact forms whilst maintaining thorough and accurate customer records Keep sensitive customer data and financial records private and confidential, and to be aware of the data protection legislation What you'll bring… Empathetic and positive approach Clear, concise communication Great time management skills Competency on Excel, Word and email systems A flexible work approach and an ability to work well in a team and independently Company Description Join us at Greene King the country's leading pub company and brewer, where our mission is to pour happiness into lives and become the pride of great British hospitality.
