• Your role as Customer Relations Advisor To be able to handle a large variety of customer enquiries and complaints from first contact through to escalation, where necessary Manage large amounts of customer telephone calls and web contact forms whilst maintaining thorough and accurate customer records Keep sensitive customer data and financial records private and confidential, and to be aware of the data protection legislation What you'll bring… Empathetic and positive approach Clear, concise communication Great time management skills Competency on Excel, Word and email systems A flexible work approach and an ability to work well in a team and independently Company Description As a Customer Relations Advisor you will deliver first-class customer service in a fast-paced work environment, efficiently handling and resolving enquiries and complaints via a variety of platforms, including telephone, web, chat, email and social media forums.
