Full-Time About Us Chevy Chase Facial Plastic Surgery is a fast-growing, boutique facial plastic surgery practice committed to delivering exceptional, personalized care. Our close-knit team is passionate about excellence and dedicated to ensuring every patient feels welcomed, supported, and confident throughout their experience. We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist who thrives in a refined, detail-driven, patient-focused environment. This is not a traditional front desk role—this position is integral to both the patient journey and the daily operations of the practice. Reliability and dependability are a must! Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Patient Experience Serve as the first point of contact for the practice, providing a warm, professional, and polished experience in person, over the phone, and via email Monitor and respond to voicemails, text messages, and online appointment requests throughout the day Manage multiple incoming phone lines efficiently, ensuring prompt and accurate call routing Schedule and confirm appointments, and follow-ups with strong awareness of clinic flow, room usage, and provider availability Support seamless patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring patients feel informed and well cared for Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the CRM system with exceptional attention to detail Process payments and assist with retail skincare product sales Review incoming faxes regularly and distribute them to the appropriate provider or department Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and lobby area at all times Who We're Looking For We value teamwork and accountability. Warm, positive, and empathetic with strong emotional intelligence Reliable, punctual, and consistently prepared Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Calm and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities with professionalism Understands their role as a direct extension of the CEO/Founder and the overall brand, reputation, and patient experience of the practice Skills & Experience Requirements Minimum of 2 years' experience in a front office, receptionist, or administrative role (medical or aesthetic experience preferred, but not required) Experience managing multi-line phone systems Familiarity with CRM systems, payment processing, and handling high call volumes Ability to manage sensitive patient information with discretion and in compliance with HIPAA regulations Benefits Paid vacation time Health insurance Employee discounts on premium skincare products and aesthetic treatments Attire & Professionalism Business casual attire is required daily. Pay:
$25.00 - $27.00 per hour
