Our client is a seeking a Front Desk Receptionist.
Job Description:
Our client is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist/Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, and staff. This role balances resident interaction with light administrative duties in a welcoming and organized environment. Training will be provided to ensure success.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet residents, visitors, and vendors with a warm and professional demeanor. Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and courteously. Handle mail and package distribution, ensuring timely delivery. Perform basic administrative tasks using Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and Outlook. Maintain office supplies and coordinate vendor services for front desk equipment. Assist with HR-related administrative tasks as needed. Support smooth front desk operations, including opening/closing procedures and securing files or equipment. Train and mentor new team members when required.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, front desk, or customer service. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Highly organized, reliable, and professional. Comfortable working in a medium foot-traffic environment with residents.
