As our Community Services Concierge Supervisor, you will guide and support a dedicated concierge team, ensuring exceptional service delivery, seamless communication, and a welcoming environment that truly feels like home. Opportunities for professional development and advancement within a mission-driven organization. What you bring High School Diploma required; college degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in a concierge or guest services role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity. Previous leadership or management experience required. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software quickly. Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Experience in event coordination is a plus. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity. What you'll do Supervise and lead the community receptionists' team, providing guidance, support and regular feedback. Ensure resident and community satisfaction by delivering high-quality, customer-oriented service. Coordinate room scheduling, vendor relationships, contracts, and myPotential Care Center appointments. Maintain communication systems, including the Resident Information Center, mail/package delivery, directories, and check-in systems. Act as the main point of contact for Independent Living residents and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. Assist with new resident move-ins and ensure a smooth transition into community life. Plan and implement community and private events. Oversee team member schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and resolve conflicts. Provide administrative support to the Resident Experience Director.
