Role:

Parkside Plaza Condo Unit Owners Association in Silver Spring, MD is looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Clerk to be the welcoming face of our residential community. This is a great opportunity to be at the heart of a vibrant condominium community where your customer service skills truly make a difference every day.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist residents, guests, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner Monitor building access and enforce community security protocols Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and resident inquiries Manage package and mail receipt, logging, and resident notifications Maintain accurate visitor and activity logs throughout each shift Coordinate with property management and maintenance staff to address resident concerns Respond to emergencies and contact appropriate personnel as needed

Requirements:

Prior front desk, concierge, or customer service experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to remain calm, professional, and courteous under pressure Basic computer proficiency including data entry and email communication Reliable, punctual, and able to work various shifts including weekends or evenings High school diploma or equivalent required
