Summary :

An individual with a customer service background who provides support to patients and families as well as care team members ensuring patients and families are informed, involved, and positively impact the overall patient experience at Carroll Hospital. This individual will also facilitate communication among team members as appropriate and prevention and resolution of patient and family concerns as appropriate. This individual has demonstrated customer service skills and knowledge, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work in a collaborative manner with ancillary team members, clinicians, and leaders.

Schedule:

Part-Time | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM | Wednesday, Saturday, & Sunday OR (12pm - 12am Saturday & Sunday)
