The Concierge Manager oversees, manages and directs the main Front Desk activities for transportation, security and receptionist needs. Salary:

$24.00 per hour

Qualifications:

Must be CPR, AED and First Aid certified and have a valid driver's license. High School degree, supervisory experience or equivalent with five years related experience or training.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS

Perform routine preventive maintenance on vehicles according to schedule. Keep vehicles clean. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds for handling luggage and resident groceries. May be exposed to the elements (rain, snow, cold, heat) for short periods of time. Must have good driving skills in handling vehicles on wet and/or slippery roads.
