POSITION SUMMARY
As an Aesthetic Care Concierge (ACC), you will be the secret sauce behind our premier medical spa location, Avelure Med Spa. Using exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, the ACC will guide each patient through their aesthetic journey making them feel confident, comfortable, and well-supported. The ACC is well versed with all aesthetic offerings and can align patient goals with the appropriate treatments, products, and services. Every day is a chance to boost someone's confidence and help them feel incredible! By educating patients, promoting services, and patient outreach, the ACC will drive the practice's growth through genuine connection and expert knowledge. Ensure patients receive an exceptional experience from initial consultation through follow-up. Promote services through strategic patient outreach and follow-up to enhance engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Leverage expert knowledge to provide value-driven recommendations that optimize patient outcomes and practice performance. Optimize scheduling to ensure efficient and timely coordination of appointments, consultations, and treatments. Manage and respond to inbound leads in a timely manner, ensuring a seamless first point of contact. Proactively follow up on all leads and consultation to drive conversion from inquiry to booked appointment and completed treatment. Maintain and manage patient pipeline within CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking status, follow-ups, and opportunities. Facilitate seamless coordination between clinical teams and patients for a consistent patient journey. Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals related to relevant KPIs Identify opportunities to enhance patient value through intuitive and intentional connection and suggestions. Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends, new treatments, and product offerings to provide up-to-date information to patients.EXPERIENCE
Previous medical experience working in aesthetics, plastic surgery, cosmetic dentistry, or cosmetic dermatology. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times. Strong background in patient education and customer service, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly. Strong business acumen and superior organizational skills. Familiarity with aesthetic treatments, skincare products, and procedures is highly preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Flexible availability including weekends, as early as 7:00am and as late as 8:00pmEST PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
