Role:

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused VR Experience Operator to help create a fun, safe, and welcoming experience for our guests. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with technology, enjoys helping people, and can remain calm and professional in a busy entertainment environment. Previous experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided. ## Operating Hours (May change a bit)

Tuesday-Thursday:

4:00 PM-9:00 PM

Friday-Saturday:

11:00 AM-10:00 PM

Sunday:

11:00 AM-8:00 PM

• These are the facility's operating hours. Employee schedules and shifts may vary. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required. ## Key Responsibilities
• Welcome guests and provide polite, helpful, and professional customer service.
• Explain VR experiences, equipment, rules, and safety procedures to visitors.
• Set up, operate, monitor, and safely shut down VR equipment.
• Help guests use the equipment and resolve basic technical or customer-service concerns.
• Monitor the VR area to ensure guests follow safety instructions.
• Respond professionally to questions, complaints, and conflicts.
• Report equipment problems, safety concerns, customer feedback, and other issues to the supervisor or shift manager.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a comfortable environment throughout the facility.
• Help protect company property, equipment, supplies, and cash entrusted to you.
• Follow company policies, work instructions, safety rules, fire-safety requirements, and supervisor directions.
• Complete other duties assigned by the supervisor or shift manager. ## Qualifications
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Friendly, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Basic comfort with computers and electronic equipment.
• Ability to learn and follow technical and safety instructions.
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active during scheduled shifts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• No previous VR or entertainment-industry experience required.

$19.14 - $20.09 per hour Expected hours: 6.0 per week
