Job Description

Havenwood of Burnsville is currently recruiting for a hospitality-focused Concierge. This role is responsible for warmly and professionally meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers daily. You will be the first face visitors see when they come to our community!
Hours:
We are seeking a dependable and flexible team member to join our front desk team. This position requires consistent availability to work 8:00am-4:00pm every other Friday , as well as the ability to provide occasional fill-in coverage when needed. Our front desk operates on two shifts, 8:00am-4:00pm and 4:00pm-8:00pm, seven days per week . Additional hours may be available based on coverage needs. Flexibility and reliability are essential for success in this role.
Starting Pay:
$17.00, depending on experience level. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a
Concierge:
Provide ongoing telephone coverage. Solve issues presented by residents, guests, vendors, and suppliers in a manner so that both the organizational objectives are met, as well as the individuals feel they were served appropriately. Keep difficult situations from escalating. Accept delivery packages, document receipt of packages in log book, and notify the resident (recipient) of delivery Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff Assist the Business Office Manager with projects/assignments.
