Front Desk Attendant (substitute)

HealthFitness is looking for a welcoming and reliable Front Desk Attendant to join the fitness team at our corporate client site in Minneapolis, Minnesota . In this role, you'll create a positive first impression by greeting members, assisting with check-ins, answering questions, and keeping the front desk running smoothly. This is an on‑call/substitute position , perfect for someone seeking flexible, as‑needed hours in a professional fitness environment. Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Previous customer service experience a plus. Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.

Compensation:

$14 - $17/hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
