We are located in the beautiful International Market Square in Minneapolis. We're seeking a dynamic guest services associate to join our team! Our ideal candidate is passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience and confidently serves as the face of the salon. This position requires a fashionable, upbeat, energetic, and dependable individual with exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate must be able to seamlessly manage all aspects of front desk responsibilities while maintaining our elevated standards for guest services and professionalism. Qualified individuals will possess the ability to multitask while calmly making decisions in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. This role requires someone who thrives under pressure, can problem solve quickly and efficiently, and maintains composure during busy service periods. The position has high visibility and requires an intelligent, polished, and confident professional with excellent communication, interpersonal, and soft skills. Strong verbal communication, professionalism, and the ability to connect warmly with both guests and service providers are essential. We are seeking someone who is reliable, adaptable, and flexible with scheduling. Candidates MUST have availability to work a combination of mid-day shifts (10-5pm) evening shifts (2-8:30pm) and Saturdays as needed. This part-time position ranges from approximately 12

Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in luxury guest services, salon/spa reception, hospitality, concierge, or other high-end client-facing environments preferred Previous experience in an upscale salon, spa, boutique, wellness, fashion, or luxury hospitality setting strongly preferred Proven ability to deliver an elevated, personalized guest experience with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail Experience managing a high-volume front desk while maintaining composure, efficiency, and exceptional service standards Ability to multitask seamlessly and anticipate guest needs in a fast-paced luxury environment Strong problem-solving abilities with the confidence to make thoughtful decisions under pressure Excellent communication, interpersonal, and soft skills with the ability to interact professionally with both guests and service providers Experience handling appointment scheduling, guest relations, retail transactions, and multi-line phone systems with accuracy and professionalism Familiarity with salon booking software such as Vagaro is a plus Strong sense of professionalism, presentation, discretion, and emotional intelligence Highly dependable with a polished presence and flexible availability, including daytime, evenings and Saturdays Team oriented, ability to pick up shifts, cover shifts and fill in on short notice if needed. Ability to uphold and represent the elevated standards, culture, and guest experience of a luxury salon brand Knowledge of luxury hair and beauty products are a plus!
