The Guest Services Coordinator is the welcoming face of our St. Cloud showroom, responsible for creating an exceptional experience for all walk-in visitors. This role introduces customers to our products, provides knowledgeable guidance, and encourages showroom guests to schedule an in-home appointment with a sales representative. The Guest Services Coordinator also serves as the first point of contact for in person customer inquiries, deliveries, administrative needs, and general showroom support. Greet all visitors entering the showroom with a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor. Guide walk-in customers through available products and provide clear, accurate information. Assist and encourage customers to schedule in-home sales appointments. Maintain thorough product knowledge. Handle all showroom traffic, including dissatisfied customers, account questions, and inquiries. Manage front-desk activity, including receiving deliveries. Complete administrative duties such as mail, outgoing deliveries, and keeping the showroom clean. Support management with additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer service abilities. Ability to learn and present product knowledge. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency. Problem-solving skills. Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous customer service or front-desk experience preferred. Experience in a showroom or retail setting is a plus. Comfort using computers and basic office software. Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods. Ability to stand and walk in the showroom as needed. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
