Personal Concierge + Organizer Kirkwood, MO 63122 $25 an hour - Part-time $25 an hour - Part-time Mom's Extra Hands Is Hiring —Personal Concierges + Organizers Mom's Extra Hands is growing, and we're looking for reliable, proactive, detail-oriented women who genuinely love helping people and creating calm inside busy homes. This is NOT just an organizing job. We help clients create homes and routines that feel lighter, calmer, more functional, and more supported. We're looking for women who: naturally notice what needs to be done thrive staying busy and active take initiative without being micromanaged communicate professionally and kindly enjoy being of service are dependable, emotionally mature, and self-motivated love creating order, calm, and support for others This role is ideal for someone who: enjoys fast-paced workdays likes variety and movement takes pride in details can problem solve independently builds strong relationships with clients wants meaningful work that truly helps people
Responsibilities May Include:
Organizing + decluttering Laundry + home resets Pantry/fridge refreshes Errands + household support Light meal prep Creating systems to help homes run more smoothly Supporting clients in creating calmer, more functional spaces
Position Details:
4 weekdays per week Typically 2 homes per day 3-hour visits Driving within approximately a 30-minute radius Fast-paced, hands-on work environment W2 employee position $25/hour
