What You'll Do You'll deliver advanced, medical-grade aesthetic services while providing an elevated, hospitality-level patient experience: Perform advanced aesthetic procedures including (not limited to): Body contouring Microneedling Laser resurfacing & skin tightening Other device-based treatments within scope of licensure Medical grade facials peels Lead results-driven consultations and create complete, customized treatment plans Uphold the practice's core values in every interaction Maintain immaculate treatment rooms, stocking, and cleanliness standard Required Active Esthetics License 3+ years hands-on experience in medical aesthetics Proven ability to exceed revenue goals and maintain strong patient retention Professional, polished, positive, patient-centered presence Full-time availability Strongly Preferred Advanced experience with lasers, microneedling, and energy-based/device treatments Master Esthetician certification Confident, consultative communication style (education-first, expectation-setting, plan-building) High-end mindset we value: luxury Aesthetic standards, meticulous execution, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to "own" a treatment plan from consult to follow-up.
