Responsibilities Manage spa reservations, including spa packages and individual treatments Provide a warm wee to guests and efficiently handle registration and check-in processes Process various forms of payment and handle billing inquiries with accuracy and professionalism Offer knowledgeable rmendations for spa products and treatments that align with guest needs and preferences Serve as the final point of contact for guests, ensuring their spa experience is relaxing and reflective of Hyatt standards Maintain a thorough understanding of spa services, wellness offerings, and retail products Support cleanliness andanization of the spa reception and relaxation areas Assist with daily operational tasks andmunication between spa departments as needed Qualifications Exceptionalmunication skills and amitment to providing outstanding customer service Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and weing demeanor Proficient in handling reservation software and payment systems Passion for wellness and a strong understanding of spa services and products Previous hospitality, spa, or guest service experience preferred Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak business periods Benefits As a colleague, we have you covered with awesome benefits and perks.
