Mom's Extra Hands is a growing Home & Lifestyle Concierge company supporting busy families and professionals. We help simplify day-to-day life through organizing, home resets, and hands-on support that truly makes a difference. We're building a reliable, long-term team and are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow with us. About the
Role:
This position is a blend of hands-on organizing and personal concierge support. No two days look the same — you might be resetting a home, organizing a pantry, tackling laundry, or running errands for a client. It's a physically active, fast-moving role that requires someone who can jump in, stay focused, and take initiative without needing constant direction.
What You'll Be Doing:
Organizing and decluttering client spaces Creating simple, functional systems that work for real life Laundry, dishes, tidying, and home resets Running errands and assisting with day-to-day household tasks Meal prep and light household support Adapting to different client needs and priorities each visit Maintaining a professional, respectful presence in clients' homes
What We're Looking For:
Someone reliable who shows up consistently — our clients depend on us Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment Able to switch between tasks and stay productive throughout each shift Strong attention to detail and organization skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Friendly, professional, and client-focused Looking for a long-term position (not temporary)
Requirements:
Prior experience in organizing, cleaning, or similar hands-on work preferred Must have reliable transportation Willing to drive up to 30-35 minutes between clients Able to be on your feet for extended periods Able to lift/move up to 40 lbs Comfortable handling donations and transporting items
