Pet Parent Concierge (Front Desk)

Puppy Lodge is a premium dog care facility focused on delivering a high-quality experience for both pets and their owners. We're hiring a reliable, friendly, and professional Pet Parent Concierge to run the front desk and keep daily operations smooth.

What You'll Do:

Welcome clients and manage check-ins/check-outs Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with questions Communicate clearly with pet parents about services and updates Keep the front area clean, organized, and efficient Work closely with grooming, daycare, and boarding teams

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and able to multitask Comfortable around dogs of all sizes Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Front desk or customer service experience preferred
