Job Description
Overview:
Pine Island is looking for dependable, community-minded individuals to join our team as Community Night Patrol . In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for residents and guests. If you are observant, responsible, and enjoy helping others, we encourage you to apply.Duties:
- Conduct regular patrols of the community to deter and detect any suspicious activity
- Respond promptly to calls for assistance from residents and visitors
- Follow and enforce community rules and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors
- Perform various minor maintenance duties in the community
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to observe and report accurately
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Call 252.

Late Afternoon and Night Shifts Compensation:
$18- 20/ hr (based on experience)
