Pine Island Community Night Patrol

Overview:

Pine Island is looking for dependable, community-minded individuals to join our team as Community Night Patrol . In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for residents and guests. If you are observant, responsible, and enjoy helping others, we encourage you to apply.

Duties:

• Conduct regular patrols of the community to deter and detect any suspicious activity
• Respond promptly to calls for assistance from residents and visitors
• Follow and enforce community rules and regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors
• Perform various minor maintenance duties in the community

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to observe and report accurately
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Call 252.
