We are looking for someone to manage approximately 3 shifts a week, nights are involved, weekends possibly. Right now this is a summer position but could continue into the fall and beyond with the right person. Bartending skills are an asset Duties Oversee daily front-of-house operations, including guest reception, seating arrangements, and service flow Supervise and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of hospitality Manage shift schedules, delegate tasks efficiently, and ensure adequate staffing levels for busy periods Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive experience for all visitors Assist with event management duties such as coordinating special functions or themed nights to maximize guest engagement Maintain accurate cash handling procedures, process payments, and oversee point-of-sale transactions Prepare detailed reports on daily operations, guest feedback, and staff performance to inform management decisions Skills Proven experience in restaurant, or hospitality management with a focus on guest services Strong leadership skills with previous supervising or assistant manager experience in fast-paced environments Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly yet professional demeanor Skilled in shift management, staff supervision, and conflict resolution Knowledge of event management practices and experience coordinating special events or parties Competent report writing skills for documenting incidents, operational summaries, and staff evaluations Familiarity with cash handling procedures and Toast POS systems Background in hospitality or resort environments is highly desirable Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable experiences!
