Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our R.O. Community Center. The CSR will be responsible for assisting community members, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall satisfaction with our services.Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist community members in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with the team to improve customer service processes
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through quality service
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in a related field
- Experience working in a community center or similar environment
