Pay:

We are seeking a compassionate and attentive Overnight Concierge to join our team at Hillcrest Grand Lodge. This position plays an important role in providing a welcoming presence, ensuring safety, and supporting our residents and guests during overnight hours.

Responsibilities:

Provide a professional, friendly presence at the front desk during overnight shifts. Monitor building security, including doors, cameras, and visitor activity. Assist residents, families, and team members with questions or requests. Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous manner. Complete light administrative and clerical tasks. Support emergency procedures and communicate promptly with leadership when needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or senior living preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and remain attentive overnight.
