THE JOB:
As a Butler, you will be responsible for inspecting, preparing and coordinating suites for the guest. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.
THE DAY-TO-DAY
Maintain accurate property information through daily use of talent portal, email and other forms of communication Prepare suite prior to guest arrival and coordinate room service set-up with special requirements guest may have Provide food and beverage service to designated suites; coordinate orders with Room Service Manager on duty to assure proper order is given and received Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure that rooms are kept in superior condition at all times Maintain butler pantry and equipment to be kept up to company standards
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
High School Diploma or GED Required Required to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience Preferred

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is: $15.00 This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage. Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements. Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans.
