Job Description
Performance Maserati Alfa Romeo in Whippany is looking for a Receptionist to represent our Luxury Dealership. Must have professional appearance, good communication skills, are computer literate and able to multi-task. General Purpose Greet and assist customers and answer phone inquiries Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Answer telephones, screen, and direct calls appropriately
- Provide information to callers about dealership and amenities
- Take and relay messages
- Receipt monies and create cash receipts
- Schedule appointments
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries
- Tidy and maintain the reception area to accommodate customers needs
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Prepare rental car contracts by collecting the necessary information Additional duties as assigned
