full-time Part-Time Front Desk Staff Retro Fitness Whippany is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Part-Time Member Experience Associate to join our team. This is a front-facing position that plays an important role in creating a welcoming, clean, and positive experience for every member and guest who walks through our doors. Weekend availability is required. Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude and check members into the facility.
• Provide exceptional customer service and help create a welcoming, energetic gym environment.
• Assist prospective and current members with memberships, upgrades, account questions, and general inquiries.
• Conduct facility tours and assist with membership setup and onboarding.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the facility.
• Restock supplies and keep equipment, front desk areas, and common areas organized.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and ensure the facility is properly secured.
• Follow all club policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with management and fellow team members.
• Help support membership sales, member retention, and overall club goals when appropriate.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere and help make members feel valued every time they visit. Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is:
