This is not a typical front desk concierge position. The main focus of this role is training, coaching, and developing our concierge staff so every resident, guest, vendor, and visitor receives a consistent, professional, and welcoming experience. The right person will understand what great hospitality looks like and will know how to teach it to others. You will lead training meetings, review procedures, coach concierge staff, improve best practices, and help create a stronger service culture across the team. This role also includes 1 to 2 concierge desk shifts per week so you can stay close to the day-to-day operation, lead by example, and identify areas where the team can improve. What You'll Do As the Concierge Experience Manager, you will: Train new and current concierges on hospitality standards, building procedures, resident communication, phone etiquette, package handling, amenity procedures, emergency protocols, and daily desk responsibilities. Lead regular meetings with concierge staff to review best practices, address questions, improve consistency, and reinforce service expectations. Coach team members on professional appearance, warm greetings, resident interaction, problem solving, multitasking, and proper desk presence. Help create and improve training materials, checklists, scripts, and procedure guides. Work with management to identify service gaps and create practical solutions. Observe concierge performance and provide clear, respectful feedback. Make sure the concierge team understands how to represent the building professionally at all times. Help standardize procedures so residents receive a consistent experience no matter who is working. Work 1 to 2 concierge shifts per week to support the operation, model best practices, and stay connected to what is happening at the desk. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Professional, polished, and hospitality-focused. A strong communicator who enjoys teaching and coaching others. Experienced in concierge service, luxury residential buildings, hotels, hospitality, guest services, or front desk leadership. Patient, organized, and consistent. Comfortable leading meetings and giving constructive feedback. Able to stay calm and professional under pressure. Detail-oriented and able to improve procedures. Comfortable holding people accountable in a respectful way. Focused on creating a high-quality resident experience.
